My Life Story: A Journey of Love, Challenge, and Hope

#Salut! I’m Valentin, and This is My Story

Hey everyone! My name is Valentin Dinescu, and I’m a 32-year-old guy from Romania with a story to share.

I’m not a professional writer or anything fancy like that. I’m just a regular person who’s been through some stuff, and I thought maybe sharing it could help someone out there.

First things first  —  I’m a lucky guy!

I’ve got an amazing wife, Adelina, who’s 28 and has been my partner since high school. Can you believe it?

High school sweethearts, just like in the movies! We’ve been through thick and thin together, and man, she’s a superhero.

I’ve got a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Lucian Blaga University in Sibiu.

For 8 years, I worked as a mechanical design engineer. I built jigs, fixtures and more for big names like @BMW@MercedesBenz@AudiOfficial, and even @Airbus.

It was a good job, and I was pretty good at it too. haha!

Life was going smoothly.

Adelina and I were unstoppable together. We bought our first home, moved in with just a couch and a TV (talk about starting from scratch!), and set a date for our wedding.

Everything seemed perfect, but you know how they say life’s full of surprises?

Well, we were in for a big one.

In this blog, I’m going to share our journey — the ups, the downs, and everything in between. It’s a story about love, facing challenges, and finding strength in unexpected places. From our early days together, to our careers, to the biggest challenge we’ve ever faced ,  it’s all here.

Why am I sharing this?

Well, life’s thrown us some curveballs, and we’ve learned a lot along the way. Maybe our story can help someone else who’s going through tough times. Or maybe it’ll just remind people that behind every face, there’s a story.

So, if you’re up for it, join me on this journey. Each week, I’ll share a piece of our story. It won’t be perfect English (sorry about that!), but it will be real.

And who knows? Maybe by the end, we’ll all learn something together.

Next week, I’ll tell you about how Adelina and I started our life together, and the big decision that changed everything.

Hope to see you then!

Mulțumesc și ne vedem săptămâna viitoare!

(That’s “Thank you and see you next week!” in Romanian)

- Valentin
